What’s your late policy?
For haircuts, there’s a 15-minute grace period — though I deeply appreciate clients arriving on time and fully present.
Yoga Classes Begin on Time
Classes begin at the time listed, and doors are locked at start. No late arrivals will be permitted into the space. This honors the yogic principle of Asteya (non-stealing), respecting the time, energy, and presence of everyone in the room.What’s your cancellation and reschedule policy?
For hair services, I require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.Appointments changed within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total.
No-shows are charged in full.
For yoga classes, you may cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before class to avoid being charged.
That said — life happens. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out directly. I always hold room for extenuating circumstances.
Do you offer bridal trials?
Yes — trials are required for all bridal styling services.

This is not a pet-friendly space — only trained service animals (that perform a task for a disability) are permitted under ADA guidelines.
Emotional support animals and therapy pets are not recognized under this policy and cannot be accommodated.
Where do I park?
There’s free 2-hour street parking throughout the neighborhood, and a paid lot directly across the street.Can I request a quiet or silent session?
Yes. Silent sessions are always available by request. You're welcome to let me know if you prefer a quiet experience — whether for rest, reflection, or deeper presence. All communication will still be grounded, kind, and collaborative.
